As a solo traveler, I loved the warm and caring hospitality of Anthony and Anna. They went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, even leaving a birthday cake and greeting in my room. The location is perfect for exploring the main attractions, with Via Toledo just a short walk away. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, providing a comfortable stay.

Felt at home here, with nothing being too much trouble.

Peace and tranquillity at this B&B: Staying at Napoli Cityscape was like finding an oasis in the chaotic city. The daily hustle and bustle faded away as soon as I entered the tranquil ambiance of the bed and breakfast.

Small balcony: While the balcony at Napoli Cityscape was cozy, it was quite small. However, it didn't bother me much as I primarily used it for a quick smoke break rather than lounging.

Finally found peace and tranquility at this B&B. The shared lounge was a bonus, but the best part was the free WiFi - I mean, who doesn't love a good internet connection?

Was devastated to find out they didn't have a personal butler to cater to my every need. So disappointing.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Step into a world of movie-inspired elegance at this beautiful accommodation. The hosts were outstanding, and the location was ideal for exploring the charming, historical streets. The room was tasteful and featured attractive, traditional Italian décor and modern conveniences. Along with the comfortable bed, we appreciated the netflix and mini-bar features offered in the room.

We had to call the hosts for help, and it took much longer than expected to locate the site. we wished there were more toiletries available, particularly soap and shampoo.

The room was amazing, it had everything I needed - air conditioning, a wardrobe, a coffee machine, and even a safety deposit box. Plus, the bed was super comfy! I loved the fact that some rooms have a balcony. It was so nice to sit outside and enjoy the view. The air-conditioned rooms were a lifesaver in the hot weather. It made my stay so much more comfortable. Having a coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. I could have my morning coffee without even leaving my room. The wardrobe in the room was spacious and it made it easy to keep my things organized. The fact that the rooms include bed linen and towels was really convenient. I didn't have to worry about bringing my own.

Personally, I didn't care for the bidet in the private bathroom. It's just not something I need or use.

Nothing not too like.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Port stop by Alibus from the airport, making it easy to reach. It is in the centre of the old city, with easy access to local tourist attractions, including the famous pizza street. The room is tastefully decorated with traditional Italian touches like mosaic tile bathrooms and pendant lights inspired by the iconic moka pot. Guests can enjoy breakfast vouchers for a nearby cafe.

The hotel can be difficult to find at first, with no visible signs outside and a small entryphone system.

The value for money at Napoli Cityscape was excellent and the room exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and size. The location was great, very central and easily accessible. The staff, particularly Vanna and Antonio, were incredibly friendly and made us feel extremely welcome.

As for breakfast items, the pillows were a bit lumpy.

The hospitality we received was top-notch, and we truly felt taken care of throughout our stay. I highly recommend Napoli Cityscape for a memorable stay in Naples.

Drawbacks: The only minor issues we encountered were finding the property initially, as there was no signage outside the building, and the shower amenities were limited to small plastic packets. However, these did not significantly affect our overall experience.

This hotel is exceptional. The helpful and patient hosts made my stay comfortable. The spacious and clean rooms exceeded my expectations, and the wooden blackout doors prevented any disturbance from the outside. The hotel is located in an excellent location, which allowed me to easily navigate through the area.

The hotel signage needs improvement as it was challenging to identify. Although the room had plastic packets for shampoo and body soap, I expected more exclusive facilities from a luxury hotel.
